DELIVERY TIME & SHIPPING COSTS
We make every effort to deliver the order to you as soon as possible. Orders placed on working days before 12 AM CET, we try to ship the same day. However, we are not always able to fulfill this, sometimes products are not in stock and the delivery of your order may take a little longer. When your product is out of stock, we will contact you by email. If for whatever reason we cannot meet this delivery time, we will of course inform you as soon as possible.
The stated prices do not include shipping costs. The shipping costs are:
€ 7,50 for orders under €250 The Netherlands
€ 15,50 for orders under €250 EU
€35,00 for orders under €250 OUTSIDE EU
Free for orders from €250
Delivery takes place via the postman or parcel deliverer of DHL In general, the delivery will take place the next working day between 9:00 and 18:00 for The destination The Netherlands. For EU and outside EU within 7 working days. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee the time of delivery. You will receive a track & trace by email.
RETURN POLICY
Only in the event that Buyer is a consumer and does not act in the capacity of a professional or as a company, Buyer shall have the right, within fourteen (14) days after Buyer has received the purchased product from BAROQCO, to rescind, without cause, the agreement.
- a. Returned products except earrings for hygiene reasons must be unchanged, undamaged, unused with the front GENUINE BAROQCO label attached ( not damaged) and in their original packaging, after BAROQCO has given its written approval. Cost of return will be borne by the Buyer.
- b. Product warranty is 6 (six) months of product purchase.
The guarantee will apply only to defects of which the Buyer proves that they are the result of a defective construction or of defective materials, and that occur during normal and judicious use of goods and materials under normal circumstances and for the purpose for which they are intended.
