In 2002, Eduardo proposed to Imelda. In preparing for their wedding, he wanted to surround her with the most beautiful jewelry in the world. That search took them across continents until one evening in Paris, walking through Place Vendôme, something extraordinary happened. The city of love revealed to them the profound power of exquisite jewelry, igniting a passion that would change their lives.

From that moment, the desire to create rather than merely collect became irresistible. BAROQCO was born: a celebration of opulent Baroque grandeur and delicate Rococo intimacy, expressed through handcrafted pieces that carry deep emotional resonance.

Handcrafted with Care

All BAROQCO pieces are lovingly made by hand in the Netherlands by Eduardo and Imelda Liem. We work with radiant Swarovski crystals, ethically sourced semi precious stones (tanzanite, emerald, amethyst, topaz), cultivated freshwater pearls, and recycled silver or gold plating (nickel free). Sustainability is at the heart of our craft: we use recycled metals, ethical suppliers, and vintage or antique stones whenever possible.
