Return Policy (Right of Withdrawal)
Only consumers (private individuals, not acting in a professional or business capacity) have the right to withdraw from the purchase agreement within 14 days after receiving the product, without giving any reason.
Conditions for return
- The product must be unused, undamaged, and in its original condition, including all tags (including the GENUINE BAROQCO label – not removed or damaged) and original packaging.
- Earrings cannot be returned for hygiene reasons once the seal has been broken.
- Custom-made or personalized items are generally excluded from the right of withdrawal.
Return costs are borne by the customer.
How to return
- Pack the item securely in a box.
- Clearly label the package with BAROQCO and the return address: BAROQCO Van Cleeffkade 15 1431 BA Aalsmeer The Netherlands
- Ship the parcel with track & trace.
- Email the tracking number to info@baroqco.com.
Refund After we receive and inspect the returned item (or receive proof of shipment), we will refund the full purchase price (excluding shipping costs) within 14 days using the same payment method you used for the original order.
Warranty We offer a 6-month commercial warranty against manufacturing defects. This is in addition to your statutory rights under the legal conformity guarantee (conformiteit) in the Netherlands and EU, which is at least 2 years depending on the expected lifespan of the product.
