Shipping policy
Delivery Time & Shipping Costs
We make every effort to ship your order as quickly as possible. Orders placed on working days before 12:00 CET are usually shipped the same day. However, this is not always possible (for example, if an item is out of stock). If we cannot meet the expected delivery time, we will notify you by email as soon as possible.
Shipping costs are not included in the product prices and are calculated as follows:
- Netherlands: €7.50 for orders under €250 – free shipping on orders of €250 and above
- EU: €15.50 for orders under €250 – free shipping on orders of €250 and above
- Outside EU: €35.00 for orders under €250 – free shipping on orders of €250 and above
All shipments are handled by DHL.
- Delivery time in the Netherlands: usually next working day between 09:00 and 18:00
- Delivery time EU & outside EU: within 7 working days
We cannot guarantee an exact delivery time. You will receive a track & trace code by email. For orders outside the EU, customs duties, import taxes or handling fees may apply and are the responsibility of the customer.
